The History of Burgers

There are several theories about its origin and it is not easy to determine when and where the hamburger was born. Thinking about its name, the ports of Hamburg, Germany,  can be home to the first burger, as some theories claim. Another theory states that its creator was Louis Lassen, a German immigrant living in the United States, who in 1900 served the first delicious and quick dish in his restaurant.

Beyond the traditional combination of beef with cheese and dressings, hamburgers have been reinvented nowadays. Chicken, fish, pork, vegetarians and vegans based on cereals and legumes, recipes suitable for celiacs, which one would you order?
