Atelier Fuerza

Francisco Seubert was a professional who turned his life around as a publicist to start his life as a self-taught baker. He began baking bread at home early in the morning, which shows his total commitment and passion for the bakery, the old trade.

Fuerza’s products are one hundred per cent natural, made from sourdough, following the premise that bread made from prolonged fermentation is healthier. The most popular, the Campo Fuerza bread, with its thin and caramelised crust,  is the perfect example of Fuerza seeking to recover classic Argentine bakery recipes and give them a contemporary twist.

To keep in mind: Every day, the recipes change depending on seasonal availability, and they usually make special collaborations with restaurants and chefs. In addition to bread, you can find the best pastries, sandwiches, and the most original Argentinian facturas.

Among the bakery classics, you can enjoy homemade bread, sandwich loaf, focaccias and the classic Felipe bread.

Parisian owners, Bruno and Olivier, craft bakery lovers, use ancestral techniques to produce the best bread in Buenos Aires. They arrived in Argentina in 1997 and founded the bake shop ten years later.

L’epi Boulangerie (spike in French) is the only bakery that uses a wood-fired oven and a natural fermentation process without yeast, which connects with the classic art of the baker itself. All the creations are excellent and tasty, but what makes this bakery one of the best in Buenos Aires is the typical crusty baguette. Light and brackish are a must-try!

At L’epi Boulangerie, the options vary daily, but you will always find exquisite homemade bread, and almond croissants covered with powdered sugar. Look for the delicious apple pies!
